Free shipping on every order. 30-day returns. Delivery estimates vary by destination; here is exactly how both work.
- Shipping cost
- Free shipping on every order, with no minimum. Available destinations are selected at checkout.
- Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 4–5 business days. Allow a little longer during peak periods.
- Tracking
- You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
- Return window
- You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
- Condition
- Items must be unworn and unused, with tags, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.
- How to return
- Email wezelbezel@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted we send a return label and instructions. Items sent back without a request can't be accepted.
- Refunds
- Refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
- Exchanges
- Return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the one you want.
- Damaged or wrong item
- Inspect your order on arrival and contact wezelbezel@gmail.com right away so we can make it right.
- Final sale
- Sale items and gift cards can't be returned.
