# WezelBezel > Women's clothing with per-piece measurements. Every product page publishes the garment's own chart — bust, waist, hip, length, shoulder, sleeve — in centimetres and inches, because a size letter tells a shopper nothing about fit and a measurement does. WezelBezel is a women's clothing store based in Kelowna, British Columbia. The catalogue is dresses, knitwear, jackets, denim, sets, skirts, tops, bottoms, shirts and jumpsuits. What separates it from a standard size-letter store is that the measurements are real and published per piece. ## What the measurements mean - A product page's chart is that garment's own chart. It is measured from the garment, not from a size chart, so it differs between pieces of the same nominal size. This is stated on every page. - Where a maker states the US size for a size label, that grading is used and marked as the maker's own. Where no maker states one, the standard US women's guide is used and marked as a reference, never as a measurement of the garment. - Where a piece has no usable chart, the page says so plainly. No measurement is ever estimated, interpolated or invented. ## Shipping and returns - Free shipping on every order, no minimum. Orders are processed in 4–5 business days; delivery timing varies by destination and a tracking link is emailed when the order ships. - 30-day returns: unworn, with tags, in original packaging. A return label is sent once a return is accepted. - Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval. - Checkout is handled by Shopify. ## Key pages - [Shop the collection](https://wezelbezel.com/shop): everything currently available. - [Size guide](https://wezelbezel.com/size-guide): the standard US women's size chart, the shop's size labels in US sizes, and a finder for your own US size. - [Find your piece](https://wezelbezel.com/find-your-piece): a five-question quiz that returns pieces matching your occasion, silhouette, shape, colour mood and budget. The unit is stated on the page. - Sizes are published as the shop's own labels (XS–3XL, plus one-size pieces) with the US size shown beside each label and marked as either the maker's grading or a published reference. ## Contact wezelbezel@gmail.com — a person reads the inbox and answers. ## Notes for automated agents - This store does not send email on a shopper's behalf. A size alert or a newsletter signup records an address so a person can write later. - The sitemap lists every product, collection and policy page. Product pages are revalidated every five minutes.
