Refund Policy

30-day returns

You can return any unworn, unwashed piece with tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Sale and final-sale pieces marked at checkout are store credit only.

How to start a return

Email hello@wezelbezel.com with your order number and the piece you are returning. We reply within one business day with the return address and instructions.

Condition

Pieces must be in original condition with tags attached. We do not accept worn, washed, altered items, or damage from wear, washing against the care label, or perfume/makeup stains.

Refund timing

Refunds go to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece arriving and passing inspection. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item

If a piece arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo — we replace it or refund in full, return shipping on us.

Fit promise

Every piece lists its real available sizes and runs true to size. Between sizes or after a wash? Size up for knits and stretch pieces. Want exact measurements first? Email your size and we measure the exact piece for you.
